Blazix includes clustering support for its Web servers, EJB servers and JMS servers.
Blazix clustering is designed to minimize the impact of server failures, and to improve performance via load balancing among all available servers.
One of the goals in Blazix clustering is to avoid any single point of failure (for instance, one centrally important hardware or software item, such as a network file-server or a front end single web-server.) Another is to provide the minimum disruption in services that can be achieved without compromising data consistency.
Like the rest of Blazix design, the clustering in Blazix has been well thought-out to provide the maximum value to the client with a minimum of unnecessary complications.
